I offer an initial 15 minute phone consultation free of charge. During this call, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, as well as any questions you have about my style and approach. If we decide to move forward together following this call, we will schedule an in-person session. If I know of a different therapist and style that may be a better match, I’ll suggest a referral.
Individual sessions are 45 minutes long. In the first in-person session, we’ll lay some groundwork together and further explore what brings you to therapy. Following the initial in-person session, we will meet once a week. Please see the “More Info” tab for fees and more.
I am not currently offering group therapy, but will be doing so in the future and will provide updates on this site when I do. If you are an individual therapy client who is also interested in group therapy, please let me know.
I provide trainings on topics such as education about trauma and PTSD symptoms, racial trauma and stress, trauma-informed care, and gender-affirming care. I tailor each training to the unique needs of my client, and also provide practical, skills-building trainings on how to assess for trauma or respond to individuals who disclose trauma.
I offer consultations for organizations on trauma-informed and anti-oppressive organizational development and leadership development. I also provide consultations to fellow therapists and other individuals who are seeking specialized, focused learning or case consultations regarding safety planning for clients currently navigating intimate partner violence, gender or sexuality exploration or transition, and racial stress.
I love an aligned and creative collaboration. If you’d like to explore working on something together, I welcome you to reach out to me!
